Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

The Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for THS is a clinical role working directly within the clinical team and oversight provided by our Medical Director (MD).  The NP will provide direct patient care to skilled nursing facilities and rehab patients. The NP will meet with patients for initial assessments, diagnosis, and continue to follow treatment plans as outlined.  Our goal is to deliver personalized quality services to those in post-acute and long-term care. The NP will serve as the front line of care and assist the clinical team of psychologists, social workers and interns accordingly.

Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

The Staff Psychologist is an integral part of the Clinical Team and will practice independently in the provision of psychological services, engage in professional and work which relates to behavior, personality, interests, emotions, and mental disorders, consulting with peers and supervisors as appropriate. He/she will provide caring and compassion behavioral health care to residents within skilled and assisted living facilities, in addition to home and in-office settings. The individual in this role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize tasks and information based on a rapidly changing and growing healthcare environment.

Staff Therapist

State Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferably with a specialization in adult development and aging. The Staff Therapist is an integral part of the Clinical Team and will practice independently in the provision of psychological services, engage in professional and work which relates to behavior, personality, interests, emotions, and mental disorders, consulting with peers and supervisors as appropriate. Post Doctoral Intern (PostDoc)

The ideal candidate for a Postdoctoral position at Transformative Healthcare Solutions should possess a strong academic background in healthcare, medicine, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of high-quality research. They should have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and exhibit expertise in innovative healthcare technologies or methodologies. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
