At THS, we specialize in delivering comprehensive on-site mental health care to Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Our services are grounded in a Treatment Team Model approach, ensuring that each facility receives an integrated, multidisciplinary team tailored to the unique needs of its residents.

Our Treatment Team Model

Each team is led by a licensed Clinical Psychologist and may include:

Clinical Services Offered On-Site

Individual Therapy
One-on-one psychotherapy tailored to address mood, behavior, trauma, adjustment, and interpersonal challenges. Therapy supports residents in understanding their experiences, improving their emotional regulation, and building coping skills to enhance daily functioning.

Group Therapy
Peer-supported therapy groups designed to foster connection, enhance skills, and reduce isolation. Groups may include:

On-Site Psychiatry & Medication Management

Our psychiatric team offers on-site evaluation and management of psychotropic medications. Our goal is holistic care—combining medical and therapeutic approaches to address the complex needs of geriatric and medically fragile patients.
