John Tar has been a dedicated leader in the operations and finance industry for over 18 years. Before manning the helm as our dedicated CFO, John was a successful mortgage broker for juggernauts such as JPMorgan Chase. He became a steward of operational finance and instilled the importance of financial success for any industry. In addition to his accomplishments as a broker, John managed of hundreds of rental units as a property manager—boasting a portfolio of hundreds of units across the state of Florida for over six years.
