Victoria Schmidt, MS

Regional Clinical Program Director

Victoria Schmidt, MS, assists in various tasks at THS. She works closely with our Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Bob Boxley, and our Clinical Coordinator. Before her current role, she started out as a clinician here at THS and continued to grow and develop skills necessary for success in her current leadership role. She provides new hire orientation that covers the overview of policies, procedures, and quality of progress notes, TX Plans, and initial intakes. As a part of the orientation process, she also assists with facility onboarding with new clinicians. She oversees compliance pertaining to consents, annual initials, notes, and rosters; addresses records/audit requests; and conducts internal Quality Assurance reviews for all clinicians. She assists our EMR Team with problem solving and resolving issues in our EMR system. She assists on multiple ongoing projects at THS that are continuing to develop and grow. She attended the University of Central Florida for her bachelor's and went on to South University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and ultimately graduating with her master's in forensic psychology specializing in Mental Health Laws and integration into the legal systems. Her passion has always been in mental health. Before working at THS, she was a mental health counselor working with juveniles in the justice system.
